he mother of a baby whose Liverpudlian babbling made her a social media star has said she "never picked up on her Scouse accent before because we are all Scouse".
A minute-long clip of 19-month-old Orla's baby talk has been viewed more than 15 million times after being posted on Tik Tok.
Her mother Rhiannon said she had been inundated with messages since the clip, which saw Orla fully conversing despite being unable to speak any proper words, was posted online.
She said it was "lovely" to hear how the video had "made people's day".
The exchange was captured by Rhiannon's friend Olayka, who was looking after Orla at the time.
She said started talking to her after she got upset.
"I was trying to get her to bed and she started crying," she said.
"I started speaking to her and she stopped crying, so I kept talking to her."
Olayka first shared the video with Rhiannon before posting it online.
Rhiannon said it was "so funny because I had never picked up on her Scouse accent before because we are all Scouse".
After Olayka shared the video on her Tik Tok page, Rhiannon said she was "blown away" by the reaction.
"Everyone is absolutely flabbergasted that she sounds so Scouse," she said.
She said Orla was "a little character", adding: "The funny thing is she has no idea how famous she has become."
